Adverse possession is a complex legal matter. This service is designed to assist you with the process of applying for adverse possession, not to provide legal advice or guarantee a successful outcome. We strongly recommend seeking independent legal advice from a qualified solicitor specializing in property law before pursuing an adverse possession claim. A solicitor can assess the strength of your case, advise you on your legal rights and obligations, and represent you in any legal proceedings that may arise. Making a false or misleading statement in an adverse possession application is a serious matter and could have legal consequences. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided in your application is accurate and truthful. Pursuing an adverse possession claim can be a lengthy and contentious process, potentially involving legal disputes with the landowner. Be prepared for the possibility of legal challenges and associated costs.
