Estate Research & Administrative Support
Probate & Property Administration Assistance
Navigating the administration of an estate can be overwhelming. I am here to provide clear, compassionate, and practical administrative assistance, easing the burden of paperwork and organisation.
My goal is to take away the stress of the "paper war" by helping you organize the necessary files so that you, as the personal representative, can navigate the process efficiently.
With years of experience in administrative procedures, I understand the logistical challenges families face. I have developed a comprehensive approach to provide the best possible support:
Comprehensive Estate Research
I conduct thorough forensic research to uncover estate assets and compile a clear inventory. This involves a meticulous review of historical financial records and property documents to ensure no asset is overlooked. I present this information in a clear, organised format for you to present to the Probate Office or your solicitor.
Administrative Organisation
I assist you in organising the volume of correspondence required during estate administration. While I do not act as your legal agent or sign on your behalf, I help you organise your incoming and outgoing mail, manage your filing system, and prepare draft letters for you to sign and send. My goal is to ensure your administrative timeline stays on track.
Mediation Services
Disputes over estates are common. As a trained mediator, I facilitate communication between family members and beneficiaries. My role is to act as a neutral third party to help you discuss disagreements constructively and reach voluntary resolutions regarding the division of personal items or property.
Information on Enduring Power of Attorney
I can provide general information and access to the standard forms regarding Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA). I can guide you to the relevant legislation and explanatory booklets so you can understand the process. Please note: I do not draft the EPA deed nor oversee its execution; this is a strict legal process that requires specific witnessing.
Why I Do This
I believe that everyone deserves access to clear, reliable, and compassionate support during difficult times. I am passionate about simplifying the administrative burden, empowering families to take control of their loved ones' affairs, and ensuring a smooth and efficient organisation of files.
Important Note
I am a Legal Researcher, Negotiator and Mediator, not a Solicitor. I do not provide legal advice.
My fees are for the delivery of these valuable services: the time spent on forensic research, mediation, and administrative organisation.
I strongly recommend that all parties seek independent legal advice from a qualified solicitor before making any decisions. This is a process that can be difficult and daunting.
Please note:
I do not charge for legal forms.
I do not draft or fill out the formal Probate applications or Power of Attorney deeds.
My fees are strictly for the time spent on asset research, file compilation, and administrative support.
In my services, I do not provide:
Legal Advice
Accountancy Advice
